At DECKED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your new look doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location provided on your return label to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
